Before signing up for the 18 Week eLearning course, I was a complete novice, as the saying goes what I knew about RTT you could have written on the back of a postage stamp.

This course has enabled me to build my knowledge, but not only that, to understand the reason behind the rules, how vital they are for the efficient running of hospitals and more importantly the role RTT plays in patient care.

I'm now employed as an RTT validator, that this has become possible is completely attributable to this course and Karen's exceptional knowledge and delivery.
